Do you take custom orders or altered orders?

Although we did at one time, we do not take custom orders. As our business has grown we are not able to accommodate custom orders of any kind. We still get asked every single day, but do not do alterations, custom request or pre-orders. We are not trying to be rude but it is not a possibility for us, if it was we would do it :)

How long does it take to receive my bag?

Average from order date to delivery is about 5-7 days but depending on where you live in proximity to Austin and time of year this can vary. Close orders will usually arrive within a few days. **Please Note. If it has been several days with no tracking update, it is almost always the case that USPS has not updated tracking. Also, check your spam folder for missing emails. Read our Store Policy for more on shipping.

Can I switch the strap on my order?

It is usually possible to switch the strap on your order, but not guaranteed. Message us with the strap request and we will let you know if this is a possibility.

Leather Care?

We use high quality, full grain, un-treated leather on our bags. SCRATCHES ARE NORMAL. It is also normal to see natural markings and scars on the leather. Unlike the bags, our straps are treated, embossed and sealed for design and durability. They will have a glossy appearance at first and fade over time.

Please care for your product! We are not responsible for damage or water marks and do not offer refunds or exchanges if this happens to your bag.

We apply a thin layer of natural wax on the leather to keep it moist and help prevent cracks. You may apply a leather protectant to your bag for extra care. Keep your leather product dry and aired out. Large amounts of water or any liquid will cause water marks (even with protectant) but fade over time. We recommend a gentle leather cleanser or healing bomb also. We use Leathermilk products. They have a gentle cleanser you may use for dirt or water marks, a leather water protectant and the healing balm works great for scratches, dryness or cracked leather. Alterations?

Our bags are well made and hold up for years, but of course things happen. We are not able to offer alterations. If you have a tear or would like a alter to your bag you may contact a local shoe repair shop or alterations shop and they should be able to alter your bag.

Replacement Parts?
